Spice World, Part 5

 The last photo is the touch-me-not, which really does shrink up when you brush against it.  It's very cool to watch.  You have to wait half a minute or so for it to start to uncurl.  The third is nutmeg; the fruits actually start to split open while they're still on the tree and you can see the nutmeg inside.  The second is "the spiciest chili in India"; I have no idea what it's called, and given the accent of the guy giving us the tour, I don't think you can fairly blame me.  The first photo is either lemon grass, allspice or hibiscus; I can't remember - let's see you remember all this stuff, Mr. Botany Expert.
