The most common bird I saw during our trip was the raven - especially along the beaches. There were hundreds, jauntily bouncing along the sand and eating dead fish, flocking in multitudes in the palm trees, and, as we see here, riding motorcycles. Big, hulking, black, evil-eyed, aggressive crows, all over the place. These are all from Cochin.
