Dinner was phenomenal. It was at some unassuming place on the corner of a busy street with traffic noise and nothing much in the way of ambience. But the food was fantastic - I had pork tenderloin in honey sauce, Jody had duck magret in sweet apple sauce. Both came with potatoes dauphinoises, which is now officially the only way I want to eat potatoes ever again in my life.
One unusual note during the day: as we were walking back from old town, a van passed too quickly for me to get a photo, but not too quickly for me to read the nature of the company. It advertised a "revolution aux toilettes," and seemed to be some sort of emergency plumbing service. The name of the company was "Big Bang." I am officially intrigued.
